A founding partner of Blue Plate Media Services, and a kid at heart, David has stewarded the growth of brands in North America and around the globe. With over 30 years of experience in advertising and branding across a range of industries, with a focus on toys, play and luxury living, David unleashes a level of passion, media moxie, entrepreneurial spirt and a fresh, creative approach to marketing. Recipient of the New York Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, David has dedicated his career to educating and helping emerging, mid-tier to mature companies impact the market through smart thinking and a “collaborative” approach to brand building.
A founding partner of Blue Plate Media Services, Denise is the voice of reason. She oversees all teams ensuring screens are working in tandem, including TV, OTT, Digital, Mobile and Social. Working with emerging, mid-tier and global accounts, Denise works to ensure that the right media mix is employed for your brand challenge. She oversees standards and practices and creative campaign executions for the BPMS roster and often educates the industry about smart and effective media tactics.
Across her 30-year career, Denise held leading positions at Macmillan Publishing and Weiss Watson (BBDO/Omnicom) and founded Yellow Advertising & Design, where she worked across a multitude of accounts, ranging in industry from toys and textiles to consumer package goods to luxury travel. Denise has a BFA from New York School of Visual Arts.
Tim Jones, Media Director
Tim manages the Blue Plate Media team and is responsible for research and media plan development and implementation. A 28-year veteran, Tim has worked across many categories overseeing brands in Procter & Gamble’s Food and Beverage portfolio (Folgers Coffee, Duncan Hines Mixes, Sunny D and Hawaiian Punch) and currently oversees consumer media. Beyond working across 50+ kid, mom and family brands during his tenure at BPMS, Tim has worked on Toys R Us, Dr. Pepper/Seven-up and the KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut accounts.
Tim has developed integrated communication plans across all traditional and digital media forms for leading brands in the Luxury (Debeers, Faber Castell), Technology (AT&T Wireless), Retail (IKEA, Toys R Us) and Travel categories (Caneel Bay Resort, Continental Airlines, SAS Airlines). Prior to Blue Plate Media Services, Tim worked at N.W. Ayer & Partners and MEC Global.
Camillia Spadaccini, Digital Director
Camillia manages digital strategy, investment and execution of media campaigns across all relevant and emerging digital channels for BPMS, including social outreach and engagement, ensuring that every BPMS campaign delivers against its objectives and campaign promise. Drawing from her extensive experience at Group M, where Camillia worked across major national retail accounts, and consumer products, she oversees comprehensive performance reporting, detailed analysis of key performance metrics, and topline insights and optimization strategy across channels and tactics. Armed with a law degree, where she served as a criminal defense lawyer, Camillia delivers a no-nonsense, tactical level of execution, elevating every campaign to its fullest potential.
T’ana Rose, Planner/Buyer, Video Investments
T’ana brings a fresh, new and creative approach to Digital and TV marketing. Her team is responsible for maintaining the success of all campaigns by planning and overseeing performance across pre and post media buys. T’ana, previously at Carat, worked in national TV buying on a portfolio of consumer facing accounts, including Microsoft, where she was responsible for stewarding video across all networks.
Peggy Hsu, Senior Analyst
Peggy is a senior media analyst at Blue Plate Media, responsible for campaign implementation, optimizations and analysis. She has over a decade of experience across various categories, including toys, education, travel and finance.
She is all about data, helping our clients create projections, improve campaign efficiency and provide budget allocation recommendations through attribution modeling. She is well versed across all platforms, including digital, social, mobile, search engine marketing, and e-commerce. Prior to Blue Plate Media, Peggy was a supervisor with the Insights & Analytics team at MEC global.
